Harmony Middle-School Robotics : "In- School Camp"

Do you want to be part of a Robotics Team?

There's two ways to become a candidate to join one of our middle school teams:

By Attending:

1) TOTB- Robotics Summer Camp ( ENDED)

2) TOTB- IN- SCHOOL- Robotics Camp

***If you didn't attend the SUMMER CAMP, you must ATTEND the IN- SCHOOL Camp in order to be considered for a Robotics team.***

***Entering either of the Robotics camps does not guarantee admittance into a team.***

Volleyball Tryouts

Greetings students,

We will have a mandatory meeting this Friday, August 28th, 2015 at 3:10 pm at our Gym.

We will also have tryouts for girls volleyball, Monday and Tuesday August 31st and September 1st 2015. Tryouts will be from 3:15 to 5:30 pm at our Gym. Both days will be mandatory, please contact Coach Luna for further instructions.

CTE Nondiscriminatory Practices

The Office for Civil Rights (OCR) of the United States Department of Education requires that local education agencies (LEAs) provide career and technical education (CTE) programs, services, and activities in accordance with the requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended; Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972; and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended. The Texas Education Agency (TEA) has regulatory responsibilities for CTE programs in Texas public secondary schools and is required to adopt a civil rights compliance program to identify, remedy, and/or prevent discrimination in the CTE programs operated by LEAs.
Harmony Science Academy - El Paso, provides CTE courses and with this announcement notify students, parents, employees, and the general public that all career and technical education opportunities will be offered without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, or disability.

TEA State Accountability Rating

The State of Texas and the Texas Education Agency (TEA) have released the 2015 Accountability Summaries for all public schools.

We are thrilled to announce that Harmony Science Academy - El Paso has earned the Accountability Rating of "Met Standard" and has earned 7 out of a possible 7 Distinction Designations!

Dear Parents and Students,

Please find the AP Summer Assignments. If you have signed up for an AP class for the 2015-2016 school year you must complete the AP assignment and turn it the first day of class. Not doing in this assignment may result in removal from the class.
